Terms & Conditions

Signs can be rented for a maximum of 12 hours. Example: 9am to 9pm. We can start installing the signs between 6:30am and 11:00am. The last pickup time is 10:00pm. Should you decide to have the signs picked up earlier, please contact us.

All signs are property of Explosion Celebration, you are responsible for any damage. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the equipment’s setup. Our signs will not sustain the weight of infants or adults leaning, sitting, or playing with them.  Please DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to the signs. Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs. If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs. Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need to get them down early please contact us and we will gladly come to remove them.

In case of damage or total loss of the equipment, the customer shall be invoiced with the equivalent amount of money paid for the rental of the signs.

Explosion Celebration and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during while they are  set up or  when they are taken down.

Explosion Celebration reserves the right to update our policies at all times.

To avoid the risk of theft or damage to equipment, we cannot provide services to large buildings or apartments.

Our signs will be installed even in case of rain, except for severe weather conditions, that is lightning or high winds. You will receive a refund in the event of severe weather.

All reservations are required 48 hours prior to the event.

Our installation coverage area includes, but is not limited to: The Gatineau area, Ottawa east up to Orleans. Installation outside of our coverage area is subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to decline a booking based on location. You can contact us for more information.

Our seasonal coverage ranges from May through October 30th, depending on ground conditions.

Our Office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.


All cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the installation date or you will be charged 20% of the booking price.


All modifications, colors or more must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation. No modification of the signs is not permitted without our authorization.

Payment Options

Payments for equipment rental are to be made upon confirmation of your order, by telephone or email. Our payment methods include credit cards and Interac e-Transfer. We guarantee that your payment by credit card or Interac e-transfer will remain confidential.
